Processing

Orders take 1 to 2 business days to process. Order by 4pm Melbourne time on a business day and we aim to dispatch the next business day. Orders after 4pm, on weekends or on public holidays go out the following business day. Pre-order candles ship on the date shown on the product page.

Australia

Standard: $9.99 for one candle, free on 2 or more candles or orders over $110, usually 2 to 6 business days after dispatch. Express: from $16.95, usually 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Express needs a street address.

International

We ship to New Zealand, the UK and Ireland, Canada, China, Asia, Europe and most of the rest of the world. We do not ship to the United States at the moment. Prices and delivery times for each region are on our Shipping and delivery page and your exact total shows at checkout. Duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking and delivery

We email you tracking when your order is dispatched, and you can check it any time on our Track your order page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you cannot find it, email help@donteatmycandle.com with your order number.
